Elementary School Online Safety + Mental Health Workshop

Elementary School Online Safety + Mental Health Workshop

Dr. Thomas completed an Online Safety Workshop for Elementary school students (3rd grade-5th grade) in the Atlanta Metro area for 5-weeks. It was designed by Dr. Thomas to help students develop healthy online habits and build confidence. Students utilized the Unplug and Plug In Workbook for Kids. Each week, students learned how too much online usage can affect mood, boundaries, and self-esteem. Through fun, engaging discussions and activities, students learned how to protect their online privacy and make positive choices. By the end, they felt more confident and in control of their digital world.
